Munich Airport, TUI Interested In DFS - Report

Munich Airport and European tourism firm TUI are considering taking a stake in Germany's Deutsche Flugsicherung (DFS) air traffic control service, according to a newspaper report.
The Sueddeutsche Zeitung quoted a Munich Airport spokesman in a preview of its Tuesday edition as saying the airport was considering such a step.
TUI was also considering a stake in DFS, the paper added, without citing sources.
The German government plans to sell 74.9 percent of the air traffic control service to private investors in 2006.
Lufthansa, Frankfurt Airport operator Fraport and German construction company Hochtief have all said they are interested in DFS.
